I have a couple fish battling ich. I have no quarantine tank. I also have corals and invertebrates. What can I do?!??

Plastic tub, heater, powerhead & a lamp. You are good. Go fancy and get a HOB, go top of the line and get a tank of some kind. Get a QT setup.

Nereefpat hit the nail on the head that you can't treat ich in the same tank with inverts.

Best of luck whatever you choose.

So I set up a 10g qt late last night. I wake up this morning and the fish barely seems to have any spots at all. Do I still tear the tank up and get it out to go to qt?

If you have ich then it sounds like it is just following its life cycle, as far as the spots going away.

Yes you should still follow a treatment protocol on all the fish in the DT. FWIW I prefer to do the Tank transfer method (TTM) for ich. there is a sticky above the big red arrow on TTM on the new to hobby page. Also, the DT will need to remain fishless for 72 days to get rid of the ich in the DT. Good luck just my 2 cents.
