ick after 2 days?????

hey i have a 210 and i just added my 3rd fish. its a naso tang that is about 5 inches....one of my powerheads fell and stured up the sand and i noticed little white lookin things on my tang...it almost looks like small air bubbles....i was wondering if its possible that it is ick already...if so how do i get rid of it before my new 100$ fish dies...

please help!

do you have pics of the naso.i would post 1 befor you remove him from the 210 and put him in a quertine tank and treat him for ick.\\\

so post a picture to be on the safe side
