Niger Trigger Ick?

Hey guys I was curious about these white dots/bumps. I’ve had my Niger trigger for about 4 months. I recently saw these dots and I’m not quite sure if it’s Ick? It hasn’t gotten bigger or smaller. The one on his side looks like it’s peeling off. The 2 on his head looks bumpy. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

That’s most likely either a bacterial or fungal issue. Before you resort to treating with antibiotics; I would try lacing the fish food with vitamins, probiotics and especially Beta-glucan: Vitamins, Probiotics & Herbal Remedies
