i have fowlr tank if i treat the fish with ick stuff will it kill my live rock

simple answer yes. not the bacteria but all the life.

What exactly are you referring to when you say "ick stuff." Copper based meds will be absorbed by any calcareous material, however it won't kill the bacteria and the bacteria is what makes a rock "live." Really the only meds that will kill live rock are antibiotics which are designed to eliminate bacteria, both good and bad.
