Ick on fish in TTM

I have a Caribbean Blue Tang currently in day 6 of TTM. I went 2 days 3 days and will finish with 3 days, 3 and 2.

He looks to be infected. can I feel comfortable that this will be gone in 6 days/

While the pictures are too blurry to say definitively, what shows is lymphocystis not ich. Describe behavior of fish and history.

Looks to be different than any Ich I have see. Spots look to be too big. Disclaimer: I am NOT an expert.

Fish history

Bought from LiveAquaria. Arrived Wed. 1/27/16. Temp acclimated, TTM tank salinity matched to shipping sg (1.017). Introduced to tank along with the 4 Dispar I also bought at about 11:30 AM.

Transferred to 2nd tank on Friday the 29th at 3 PM and then transferred again on Monday 2/1.

Ok, what can/should be done for Lymphocystis?

I will do some research.

Good water quality and a enriched, varied diet. It's caused by stress and can take several months to go away. I had a Juv Emperor that got it because I dosed too much Cupramine, took almost 2 months to completely go away
