Ick-X SW

Has anyone used Hikari's Ick-X SW. I am thinking of using it in a FOWLR tank.

Ingredients:

Water, formaldehyde (<5%), methanol (<2%), malachite green chloride (<0.1%).

Thanks for the responses. ICK-X SW is different from ICK-X. There is very little information on this product and it is made by Hikari. I have read all the information from their site but it seems if I am reading it right, your would have to do large water changes and add another dose every 24 hours until the ick was no longer visible.
I am really trying to find out if anyone has used the product and what were the results
