Can shrimps pick up ick ? If you have a no fish in your display tank for 30 or 60 days , can shrimp continue the ick/parasite cycle ?

No. Ich cannot feed on anything but fish and will die without them. But inverts can carry forms of ich into a new tank. A tank can have all sorts of inverts, but no fish, and be ich-free after 8+ weeks. IMO & IME, 30 days isn't long enough.
