ID a model fish?

This little guy came in a randomized pack of 5 models from a company that makes realistic models of various animals, including fish. The company is Japanese, so the little info slip that came with this guy is also in Japanese, and I can't read it.
Anyone happen to know what he is?

Looks more like a wrasse/parrot you may find around the California coast. Got to break out the Burgess to ID it properly.

...

So after checking the Burgess I would say it has similarity with a Scarus or Calotomus, but none listed there fits the shape exactly.

Maybe post the Japanese description here. Someone here may be able to reed it.

The mouth looks like a beak to me, hence why I thought it was a parrotfish.
Here's the description. I'm not certain if this is a description of the fish or instructions for assembling the model, but it seems to have the fish's name at the top.

I looked the brand up and poked around on some of their lists. It's just listed as "parrotfish", no exact species.
