that's a beneficial macro, when in a sump. If it's taking over, you have excess nutrients that are feeding it!

I don't know the name, but somebody here does.

Looks like maybe Red Caulerpa, can't quite tell the color from the picture. Macro, better in the sump but not as invasive in the DT, so not considered harmful.
