Wow, they look very different. If they are both pics of the same anemone, then they are both H. crispa.

Where's the crab in the second pics? With good water/feeding/ light you anemone should be back to health.

Nano, those look like two different pics. In the first pic the anemone has a very high tentacle count, in the last it has a much lower tentacle count. I don't believe the first pic and the last pic are of the same animal. The last pic is Condylactis passiflora.

the second one from the top is the same two from the bottom.
the very first one is the one from my lfs.

I quote you there. Wouldn't that make anyone think that you are saying the animals in the first post are the same anemone?

They aren't the same species. The first one is Heteractis crispa, the other is Condylactis passiflora.

thats what they do me at my lfs that they are both the same but it looks like there not.

is a condylactis passiflora reef safe? and can it host clown fish?
