ID? Flatworms, copepods, rotifers, sponges?

Only see them in my fuge and main drain area of my sump..they seem fuzy/hairy so idk if its a flatworm kinda like a sponge or something but then again i have no clue..

You are right exactly what it looks like are they good/bad? That would be why they arein high flow areas of my sump!

One more question since you guys are so smart =D what about these.. White ovals kinda look like pumpkin seeds? it started on some live rock and now its all over my tank on multiple rocks..



Also have tons of white dots on my front and back glass looks like ich basically but little bigger they are not shaped like the pumpkin seeds ones in the pic they are perfect circles..and they keep showing up every day.. snail eggs?
