ID for me please....=)

In the march 2007 edition of TOTM, this plant is shown. I believe it's a plant anyway. But it's growing on the bottom, and it appears to be a bushy type plant. I'd like to attain some, any ideas on what it is? thanks

those are gree star polyps, is a coral.

Yeah. It's common for them to be mistaken for algae.
