ID for this please?

I found like 5 of these on a LR which my frogspawn is attached. This is the biggest, size is about 1/5 a inch. Looks like some sort of anemone to me.

Any idea what this is? Is it bad?

Looks like Aptasia, and it is bad.

I concur. Go buy some peppermint shrimp. I recall them eating these.
