id help (no pic)

sorry I have a cheap camera. but any how I bought this rock
for the mushrooms. there is some other coral on it. it looks like a buttom or a mushroom, but they have every long tentacle's
the guy said something about curly Qs on it? the buttom's or what ever they are will go back in to the rock if you touch them with something.
so any ideals what they are?

Aptasia? Do a google image search for aptasia and see if it looks like those.
