ID help on new shroom

Picked this up at a mom and pop tropical fish store that has a little tank of frags. They didn't know what it was other than a mushroom, which I agree with. I've never seen this coloration before. Neon yellow with some purple/pink spots through the top. Base is solid neon yellow. ideas?
