Hello
I have asked a bunch of people about this and no one can figure it out... I got this as a frag about 4 months ago. It is a very light, delicate ruffled plating type coral. When I got it it was more cream colored than green but under my lights it is now more green. Its doing well and growing nicely after only 4 months. I searched all the good coral books and usually using then I can identify most corals, but I am not sure about this one
I think it might be Genus Merulina but am not sure...they say they are very difficult to keep and this guy is doing very well
At night, with only the moon light on, lots of clear thin tentacles come out all across the face of it...most are 1-2 inches long but some are more than 3 inches.
I really would like to figure out what it is
Thanks for your help,
Vince

Dave, are all links to other forums not allowed, are just certain ones?

In general (leaving myself wiggle-room :D ), links to useful threads in other forums are allowed. Links to the whole forum, along the lines of "come check out my/this forum" are not allowed.

Dave

Dave, you are a smart man (wiggle-room is always good). The reason I asked is I have seen quite a few other threads that have links to other posts on other forums (some even posted by staff or mods) These posts contain really good info and I would hate to see us lose that kind of available info. Thanks for the reply.
