ID help Please

Hello all, I was at my lfs earlier today and in there sps frag tank they had these little(1-2 cm long) flat brown things crawling all over the glass of the tank, sand bed, and of course the corals. I was interested in a frag from the tank but once I saw these bugs crawling over everything I got a bit sketched out.

heres a pic, i took it with my cell phone so sorry about the quality. you may or may not be able to make out the bugs on the glass.

My question is what are these bugs and are they bad? I take it theyre a type of flatworm(because theyre flat and move like a little slug)

I have noticed something very similar in my tank, but mine are smaller, maybe only 4-5 mm. They don't seem to bother anything, but I'm curious as well. I'll tag along for an answer also....

I think theyre rust brown flatworms but i have never seen them before in person, only illustartions, so im not 100% certain thats what theyre.
