Hi,

One of the mods suggested I try this here.

I'm lost on this one. Pics aren't the best but: It's a small branch like thing that sprung up rather quickly and is about 4-6 inches total. It looks woody and sort of scraggly. At the tip of each 'branch' is a small stalk and a 'head' that looks like a tiny satellite dish/pinwheel that can turn every which way in the current.

Any help would be great.

Looks like some kind of hydroid.
