I have a couple colonies of these corals, or whatever they are. The live rock I got came from the Caribbean and when I recieved the rock they where white beehive like and hard like coral. Right now they are fuzzy and seem to be alive.
The second picture might be a Hidden Cup coral. As far as the first one goes I'm not really sure, but this link might help. It does look similar to the Blushing Star coral, Smooth Star coral & Lesser Starlet coral.
I think the second picture is the same thing as the first one, the only difference I see between them two is that the single polyp is round but in a group it's more honeycomb like.
I'm leaning towards the lesser scarlet coral which is my first hitchhiker coral yay . Thanks for the link! The fact that it looks alive, is that possible since my tank tank when through a cycle with ammonia spikes up to 8 ppm?
