ID hitchhiker crab please

Could someone identify this guy I tore my tank apart to get. I think its a gorilla crab. Also, any suggestions on what to do with him? Its only a 4g nano so I don't have a sump to throw him in and I feel terrible killing him.

gorilla is a fine common name (Xanthid). Good guess. See if the lfs is fine taking him for their fish. At least you are not killing him directly. The alternative is pretty much keep him or set up another 4g nano for him. They are not too bad until they get big enough to eat bigger stuff.
