This guy came in with some LR I got about a week ago.



At night it extends up in a tube. As soon as I turn the lights on it starts to flatten.

Maybe some sort of tunicate? I have a few in my tank that shrivel their snout when I put the ol flash light on em. Any chance of getting a shot from the side to see the tube?

When you say "He is on the move at night" do you mean it crawls around like a snail or slug? Have you touched it, is it hard, sorft, rubbery??

I would try posting your pics on the Reef Discussion board, a lot more people will see it there & I'm sure someone will know what it is.
