ID of Bugs?

This thing fell out when I did a FWD on some new zoos:

I saw these worm things sticking out of the sand, going at it on a piece of nori. I got a scooper and dug the whole thing out for closer examination:

The second one looks like a whole bunch of speghetti worms, which are good. Not sure bout the 1st one.
 
The first one looks like a bristle worm also good for your tank just be careful when cleaning sponges sometimes the end up in there then while you clean you get a large group bristles in your room
 
if you have a sump on you system thats where i would put them although they will find there way back onto your main tank
 
:hmm1: Man... when are people going to start digging all the good stuff out of their tank? There's nothing wrong with either of those.
 
1. bristle worm
2. a speghetti worm. just one. the orange part is the tenticles. cool little creatures! very good for the tank.
 
Bristle worm eh? But this one looks very different from all the other orange/pink bristle worms I've seen in my tank. This one is FAT and White. Almost looks like a caterpilar.
