ID of critters in my sand bed

I recently was transferring live sand from one tank to another and found a ton of these buggers in my send bed. They're completely see through with red guts. Kind of tear drop boddies about half an inch to an inch long with what looks like antennas. Very soft boddied. I shredded a bunch just scooping sand. Not sure if I should be worried. Definitely weird looking.

Looks like a harmless bristleworm to me. Some deem them a nuisance. Populations will explode if you're over feeding. Honestly, if you ask me, populations will explode if you don't over feed. I feed every other day, and am constantly pulling bigger ones out. I see a ton of them on a daily basis. Good scavengers

It looks like either a Terebellid or Cirratulid worm IMO, both of which are harmless and good to have in your sand bed.
