ID Pest or Filter feeder?

Anyone have any idea what these are attached to my Candy Cane coral frag plug? They have individual tubes and a very slight green coral to them.

Can you get a closer picture under less blue (more white) light? Looks like possibly hydroids to me.

Unfortunately those are a pest, colonial hydroids. They multiply and will sting nearby corals. You can take the frag out of the water and use needle nose pliers to snap the hydroids off at their base then cover them with super glue.
