They're more unsightly than anything and that particular hydroid doesn't seem to sting as badly as some others. They will however spread very quickly. You can try removing that rock and scraping it off or just removing that rock altogether. I haven't had to deal with them in a very long time so maybe someone else can chime in with possible suggestions. BTW, do you own a blow torch? :lol:
