ID please, bought as blue octopus coral

It's doing well and starting to spread but i like to fine out more. Was told it was moderately hard to keep but not a lot more.
The pic is taken under low white lighting and it is more intense blue with a bit of actinic.
Any ideas?

Thanks that's about a quarter of it and it was really cheap as well.
