ID Please - New Chaeto has a hitcher -

Rubbery bendy a slight squish to it when squeezed a bit but not slimey. 3 main branches - with smaller branches coming out of the main 3.

just added this chaeto to my fuge area 3 days ago.

Thoughts on what this is? And If so is it beneficial and any info you can offer. The colors certainly are pretty.

Color is reddish orange to orangish yellow depending on the light and angle. sorta looks rosey when I look strait down at it.

btw I think it is gracilaria.

Take it out of your tank immediately!! It releases toxic spores into the water and will kill everything. Please ship to me and I will dispose of it properly.

Very pretty algae, im jealous. I would guess gracilaria too, but its just a guess

My bet would be on a Gracilaria sp. also.
