hey guys i am fairly new to this hobby i have a 75 gallon set up with a sump/fuge i have cheto and macro growing in the fuge. i have this little white things growing in my sump and in my overflow section of my tank i have no clue what they are and if there good or bad?

IT is called a pineapple sponge . Do a Google search just like it
