ID please. Pseudocorynactis?

I have been seeing these guys on my live rock in my cycling tank. Are they pseudocorynactis? Should I be trying to get rid of them? A couple are white like this pic. Then there are ones that are pink/red with a white center and white/clear tentacles, which is hard to see in the pic.

Close up of white one. It did ball up after beaming it with the flashlight for a couple minutes.

Ok thanks. I thought I saw pics that looked like the reddish ones that got fair size and could catch fish and inverts. They are hard to see in the pic. They are in the hole, I tried to use a flashlight but didn't do much.
Do you know what kind of coral?
How can I tell between coral and anenomes? (Sorry if that's a dumb newb question)
