ID please. Strange spiked worm

RVANANO

SWAGON
Found this is my cheato. Can anyone tell me what this is and whether I should get rid of it. I currently have it in a glass. It moves pretty quick.

No reason to get rid of it. It will clean up crap on the bottom of your tank & eat any leftover food. You probably have others in your tank somewhere, but if you want to put it in your DT, shake it out of the chaeto but make sure your fish don't think it's food. You don't want them eating it & hurting their mouths!

this is a tiger tail cucumber

this is what you have, a bristleworm
medium

they will eat waste from your tank. keep em.

12" is not too big. They can't hurt your livestock. If a fish does have a run-in with them, NBD, the spines fall off in a day or so. If they get your fingers, vinegar and hot water.
