Looks like a isopod, the pest type.

Thanks. It definately looks like an Isopod. The good thing is they are not in my tank

It's a sphaeromatid isopod- the harmless type.

Correct, it is a isopod in the family Sphaeromatidae, completely harmless. I have even seen some cool ones that are half white/half black.
