I think this is some kind of slug or sea hare, is it bad? Came in on a live rock I guess. Seems to just cruise the rocks, haven't noticed a problem by it. Also, does anyone know how to get rid of this slimy brown algea that nothing seems to eat. All I can seem to do is siphon it out to control it but it's back in no time. Thanks for any help.

The slug-looking thing is a Stomatella snail, a nice algae eater although I'm not sure how much slime/cyano it'll eat (probably none). Can't help much on the other problem.
