ID please

Hi, couple night ago I found little grey shrimp in my tank 3 or 4 a,t least.
They are very fast and only get out at night so I am not able to get a good picture. Size is about 1/2 cm and they go from empty shells to empty shells.
Actualy they look like the frozen shrimp but alive.

I just want to meke sure they are not bad for my aquarium.

I you need more info dont hesitate

Amphipods, great for a reef tank.

Amphipod. Most types are beneficial scavengers, but some have been implicated as zooanthid predators.
