It kinda looks like snail eggs. Are they attached to the glass? Do you have turbo snails? Depending on your livestock they may hatch, I had a batch hatch one year, pretty interesting to watch them grow up.

Could also be a nudibranch. I usually prefer not to have unknown egg masses growing in my tank. Just in case...
