found this anemone in south padre. I got 2 of them The other one is orange.

Maybe but I cant find a good picture of the base. Heres some better pictures...
The base of this one is very bumpy.

What the heck.. every time i go down their or galvaston i cant find anythingto take home lol, do you find them on the jettie? idk what it is but looks cool

They were on the jetty. I was there while the tide was going out. They were out of the water at this point. look where the rocks on the jetty meet each other on the water edge. I also found an octopus.

That's pretty cool, weird I never thought to go to corpus or padre and look for stuff to take home. haven't been in years. I live in San Antonio and you've inspired me to go soon.

Everything has eaten. The octopus is taking blue leg hermits and ghost shrimp. The anemones ate right away. I would watch what you put in your reef tank most of the stuff down there will destroy your tank. I also caught some baby puffers and some blennies. i kept a few of the blennies let the puffers go.

Try looking up Sunberst anemone we have Orange, Green, Yellow and Purple.

Geographic range on those are pacific Mexico. But they look very similar.
