Looks like a bubble tip.

They come in different colors. This one has very nice coloring

Edit: maybe a snowflake variant.

I believe it is called the rancid neon yellow asparagus piddle bta. It is one of the uglier btas I have ever seen. I've heard it is invasive and attracts the worst kind of reef pests. This goes against my better judgement, but I'd be willing to dispose of it for you at your earliest convenience. I will be awaiting your pm.

What lighting do you have it under? I have one that even more awesome when I bought for $100 @ RAP. But it does not look nearly as good in my tank. I have a bunch of cloans of it already I will sell for $70. each.

Maybe try taking a picture without heavy blues and an orange gel filter for a better ID

Entacmaea quadricolor aka bubble-tip anemone.

The easiest of the clown anemones to maintain. If conditions are good, it may even reproduce asexually for you.
