are these good or bad? i assume bad as i found them on my zoas, and on the glass...

looks like some sort of snail..i tweezed these ones off a zoa colony this morning...i am sure there are more..

what are they and what do they eat?

in case the pic sucks..they are small...2mm across they appear to have four defined sides..and each corner is defined by a point..

help please...

They're foraminiferans. This genus houses symbiotic algae that give it most of its food. They can also trap suspended particles though.
