ID, please!

My brother picked up this little beauty the other day, but we're not sure what it is.

I'm fairly confident is a Tern. He feels it's more of a Glabrous. Any input would be great!

Very pretty little guy....looks more like a glabrous than a tern (no intersegmental lines) but I'm not positive,
