I'd say these are painted sweetlips, common on the GBR

Kind of look like rabbitfish.

I looked up the Painted Sweetlips, and they are spotted with no yellow spot.

Looked up some Rabbitfish, and they look A LOT like these, but these, again, are spotted. darn!

Siganus lineatus It is a species of Rabbitfish.
