Can anyone ID this creature just found it in my tank and am wondering if it is reef safe?

My first impression is that is a nudi of some sort...a bad one. I'm sure greenbean or someone on the invert forum could offer a lot more help.

Tried to find info on nudi just in case they seem to be all bad hmm dont wanna flush it so I might just take it to the lfs store unless someone in the area would like to pick it up for free.

I think it might be a sea hare. Take a look at some of the pics online.

Confirmed it is a sea hare I have no idea how it got in my take must have just traveled on a piece of live rock. No wonder my hair line algea was disapearing lol. Whew that saves this mystery thanks camlov2 for the help and all others for the id thanks thanks

I would say leave it in until you arnt having algea problems anymore. They are great but starve without a food source and can damage your tank pretty bad
