Found this worm like thing on my overflow box so i sucked him up with a turkey baster just in case. anyone no if this is good or bad?
Doesn't look like a bristle at all

By the shape of the head, the first thing that comes to mind is a eunice worm, but you'd need to take several more, clearer pictures of the worm, including it's head. I'd suggest posting them in the "other invertebrates" forum where LeslieH is more likely to notice your thread.
