ID - Some type of red algae?

Hey guys, I don't know what this is? I'm guessing some type of algae? Is this bad and if so what can I do to get it out of my tank? Thx in advance

Hmmm.. looks like the start of a red turf type, which is not good and should be nipped in the bud before it becomes a problem in the reef. Theres a good thread in the Macroalgae forum on this particular pest right now.
