Only if it came from ORA, and it doesn't look like A. insignis. Not enough coral there to really go by tho.

Not sure but it came from coral gazers...

The only thing I see they have is a SBSC Acro. It is hard to say if it is a bottle brush type of Acropora. Again not enough there. Let it grow out and bring back a pic.
