ID this Algae

Its brown like diatoms but hairy like green hairy algae???

cyano can be green, red, brown and even yellow. sometimes it appears hairy or it can be a blanket on the sand bed or a rock. I am actually battling this crap right now.

Cyano? Now I'm more confuse. I recently came across this article and the "green hair algae" is brown.

hair algae looks like hair....slime looks like slimy stringy hair...sometimes pics can be misleading so i may be wrong but I am pretty sure its cyano.

do not rule out dinoflagellates. Brown and stringy with an oxygen bubble at the end.
