ID this anemone?

This popped up on some new live rock a few days ago. I initially thought it was a zoa or something similar.. but then it started moving places, so now I'm fairly sure it's some kind of anemone.
Here are some photos I've taken throughout the past few days. You can see how it's changed and moved.

Here's after eating a couple blackworms:

Additional info: It opens up wide when in direct light. At night it closes up completely, appearing as a small bump. It retracts its tentacles into its body when disturbed.

Thanks for your help!

NUKE IT before it spreads!! If you have a little kalk powder, mix it up with water to make a paste, then suck up the paste with a syringe or small dropper- shoot it onto the mouth of the Mojano and it will die.

Get rid of it quick before it spreads- this stuff is nasty!

we started with one of these in our tanks when we first got into the hobby and within a few months our tank was taken over... get rid of it quick!

+1 for the manjano-

This guy will start splitting in your tank and it won't stop! Also, don't PLUCK it off the rock. If it moves where you can message the foot too get it to release then you should be alright that way, but if it lodges itself into a crevis and all you see is the disc and tenticals then you'll have to either shoot it with kalkwasser paste or lemon juice. I have personally had success with the lemon juice.
