ID this coral please

It closes like Anthellia but looks like star polyp when open. The polyps are about the same size, too. It has cobalt blue mouth area with green pinnules and a blue exterior when closed. I irritated half of the colony before the pic to show both.

Anyone know what it is? A local wholesaler brought a bunch of it in as "blue polyp" but has no idea himself what it is.

They have virtually no stalk. They also seem to have grown in small mats that are encrusted. Also, Anthellia and cloves/clavularia that I am familiar with grow from runners. I have seen pink Anthellia's runners form a solid mat when encrusting glass and acryllic, but not when encrusting rock.
 
Thanks Apercula. I think you're right. The images I found show fatter pinnules but the same poloyp structure and growth form. May just be because I just got it and it needs to relax more.
