Need your guys help....

Found this beautiful creature today...... still in quarantine..... It looks like Potter's Wrasse (Macropharyngodon geoffroyi), very near to Blue Star Leopard Wrasse (Macropharyngodon bipartitus) , or may be Vrolik's Wrasse, Male (Halichoeres chrysotaenia).... bit confuse.... most important is "Is it Reef safe"

I'd say definitely some kind of leopard, I'd lean towards a blue star over a potters, in either case, 100% reefsafe IME.

that fish is a jewel leopard wrasse (macropharyngodon lapillus) very very rare and yes it's reef safe

safe for a reef tank i would say for sure . a bit tough to ID 100% but looks like a juvenile blue star leopard for sure .

Thanks Guys....

I was thinking earlier, that it's lapillus ..... Yesterday when I putt her in DT, after one hour I found her under the rock with totally different look..... may be Matel halide made some addition in colors..... Sand and Rocks support to release her stress....
since that time I did not see her again....

Any experience will six line wrasse..... My Six line wrasse is showing aggression against Red Sea Cleaner Wrasse (Larabicus quadrilineatus), this is another addition yesterday afternoon. I will post some pics ....

Is it normal attitude..... or will last until it dead......

6 line wrasse's are monsters when it comes to having other wrasse's in the tank, a 6 line cost me a little over $500 in other wrasse it chased, harrassed and caused to jump

the six line wrasses get somewhat aggressive and become a pita the few times i have owned one so i stay away from them for sure . also the hawaiian four lined wrasse is even more aggressive and should be housed with Morey eels !at least the eel will get a good meal out of it .

Amen to what Dave said. The sixline will not quit.
