Id this fish

Please tell me the type of fish this is. I believe it to be from the wrasse family. Very beautiful. Would also like to know if reef (coral/invert/fish) safe.

Looks like a coris wrasse, I do not think its reef safe

Yep, red coris wrasse (Coris gaimard). While it won't eat corals, it will eat inverts and needs a sandbed to sleep in at night.
