Can someone tell me what this is. I took it out and put it in qt. Here is a pic and a video. It looks like some kind of pod but long and it is bothering my monitpora.

thanks. It is hard to take a picture of it, but it does look like a shrimp or some kind, but it is bothering my coral.
 
Cant see any shrimp and havent ever heard of one destroying a coral like that. You do have a pretty severe aiptasia problem on that coral. It will completely kill it if you don't intervene.
 
Its hard to see but it almost looks like you have pycnogonids aka sea spiders. Check this discussion. http://forum.marinedepot.com/Topic107093-9-1.aspx

At the very least the aiptasia and what appears to be hydroids need to go. I didnt see any shrimp. Amphipods will move in on a dying sps and munch on either the dying tissue or the algae which tends to grow in the dead areas and can appear as though they are the culprit.
