ID this interesting coral ... I think it is at least

I recently got this item on a zoa covered rock that I bought. They have multiplied a bit and some have even grown onto another rock. Each branch has its own base (they aren't on a central stalk)
It is kind of soft and bends a little in the current but feels a bit calcerous and firm.

I have looked all ove online and cannot find anything that looks like it.

Please help ID if possible.
